WHO WE ARE?

The Afghanistan Chambers Federation (ACF) was officially inaugurated on September 28, 2020 with the participation of private sector, government officials, foreign missions and representatives of international organizations. ACF is a sole and unified umbrella organization that supports, coordinates and mobilizes the efforts of the existing chambers and ensures their continuous progress along with their vital contribution to the national economy. The member chambers of ACF are (i) Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI), (ii) Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AWCCI), Afghanistan Chamber of Agricultural Livestock Products, (ACALP) Afghanistan Chamber of Mining and Industry (ACDIM) and Afghanistan Chamber of Craftsman and Shopkeepers (ACCS). ACF play a key role as a shared office of the chambers that aims to support all the industries in the country.

Mohammad Ismail Ghazanfar is the first chairman of the board of directors of the Afghanistan Chambers Federation who was elected to this position in an election process among the chambers of different sectors. Mr. Ghazanfar completed his higher education in the field of economics at Balkh University in 1994. Mr. Ghazanfar is considered one of the great investors of our country, who has played an important role in raising the gross national income and creating job opportunities in the country by investing in banking, construction, electric energy, oil and gas, and transportation sectors.

Abdul Farid Niazi

MR. Abdul Farid Niazi is the Deputy and acting chief executive officer of Afghanistan Chambers Federation. MR. Abdul Farid Niazi has an MBA degree from Kateb university and he has a 10 years of progressive experience working close with the private sector in Afghanistan.

M. Shafiq Sekandari, board director and elect board Secretary of ACF

Mr. Sekandari has investments in the livestock and agriculture sector. He holds BA in Agriculture Studies from Baghlan University.
